Is the Canon Powershot a good digital camera?

I’m planning on buying myself a camera for my birthday this year, and I came across the ‘Canon Powershot’ in my online search. I like the different colors it comes it, and it seems like it fits my personality well..but is the camera good all around?

   There are several PowerShot cameras that Canon offers.
   I’ve used Canons for years and I’ve been pleased.

   Check the website below on the camera you like.

   I have a Canon digital camera, a pink one, from a few years ago. I’m honestly not that impressed, but to be fully honest I never really cared for the camera’s weird features itself. I’d go with a Nixon Cool Pix - I currently have it and it’s AMAZING.

   canons are generaly good cameras period - the same with nikon.

   just see what options you want in a camera and you sure to find a camera that’s suitable for what you need in the Canon line.

   For example for the type of photography I do I want a dSLR but if I had to pick a more compact camera I’ll choose the G10

   so make a list of what you want and see which canon has it!
